    Blue Screen and can't boot in safe mode

    Our fairly new Mini IT8 suddenly booted to the "blue screen". Stopcode was 0XC000021a. I have tried to boot in safe mode a few different ways but I am unable. How to I fix this issue (or submit a warranty claim)?
