Wanting to add a 2tb HDD to my new Mini IT 11

I am wanting to add a 2.5 SATA HDD to my Mini IT 11 to add some extra storage. I've never really updated internal hard drives and want to make sure I get the right thing. I've been shopping them around, is it better to get a 5400 or 7200? I understand the 7200 is faster reading speed but is it worth the extra money to upgrade to that?

I would also like to upgrade the ram from 16 to 32, does anyone have a link to what they bought/used that works well with their geekom PC?

could this memory be used in mini it 11?

I am not sure how many pins are required in the T-11 but the specs on this are the following 32GB ( 2x16GB ) DDR4 2400 Mhz Non-Parity/Non-ECC Unbuffered SODIMM Memory 260 pin Dual Rank Module.

yeah I’ve been researching, I definitely want to max out the HDD at 2TB, having trouble finding 7200 speaks at 2.5 size and 7mm. I’ve seen 1TB at 7200. Prime day is coming up and Newegg is having a big sale to compete with Amazon so I’ll wait till then. Thanks for your help!
