No HDMI sound

I can get sound through the 3.5mm jack and it identifies the playback device but once I unplug it in hope of using the HDMI connection I can't see any sound devices available and unsurprisingly this translates to no sound. I have a mini IT core i3 PC.

If your HDMI does not have audio output, you can try the following methods to solve the problem:

1. Check the sound settings of your Mini PC. Make sure you have selected the correct output device, adjusted the appropriate volume, and have not muted or disabled the sound.
3. Check if your HDMI cable is intact and connected firmly. Sometimes, the HDMI cable may be damaged or loose, causing unstable signal transmission.
4. Try to replace other HDMI cables or ports. Sometimes, the HDMI cable or port may have compatibility or quality issues, causing audio output failure.
5. Update the drivers or firmware of your device. Sometimes, outdated or incorrect drivers or firmware may affect the functionality of HDMI audio output.
